Class 1 Creative Curriculum Autumn Term 1 2022

Welcome back to school for another amazing year in Blencathra Class.

This term we are looking at a theme called 'Home Sweet Home'. This will be a Geography based theme with links to the other foundation subjects.

We are looking forward to learning all about where the children live, the county of Cumbria, the 4 parts of the United Kingdom and other countries in the world.

Owl Babies

As part of their work on 'Home Sweet Home', the Reception children read the story 'Owl Babies' and set about making their own home for the baby owls.
