Happy New Year and welcome back to another exciting half term in Blencathra Class.
This term we are embarking on a theme called 'Frozen Planet'. As part of this theme, the children will explore all things cold on our Earth. We will be looking at where to find the coldest parts of the planet and what different animals we may encounter there. We are also looking at famous explorers of the North and South Pole.
This will be a Geography based theme with links to the other foundation subjects.
