SCONE's at Bells of Lazonby
School Councillors from Penruddock Primary School visited the Bells of Lazonby factory in June. After an introduction from Ian Bell, they visited the specialist "free from" factory which supplies supermarket chains such as Sainsburys and Waitrose. The children then met as a joint schools council where they discussed cooking and home economics in their schools as well as current national issues including the EU Referendum.
