SEND
At Penruddock Primary School we are committed to working with our partners in a number of other agencies to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and their families.
Our SEN Information report is reviewed annually and included within our Inclusion Policy.
The school's SENDCo is Mrs Hazel Johnson (Headteacher) and can be contacted via the school office on admin@penruddock.cumbria.sch.uk

Westmorland and Furness Local Offer website provides a wealth of information to support families who have a child or young person with SEND and provides links to a whole host of agencies who can offer support to our families.
If we feel that your child would benefit from support from other local agencies, we may ask you to discuss an "Early Help Assessment" for your child. This is a supportive process which will involve school, the family and external agencies in order to provide the highest level support for your child. At the bottom of this page is a useful link about the Early Help process which will explain how we will work to ensure that your family are at the heart of any decisions made about your child's learning.
